Do you accept OEM ?dipiscing elit?
YES (with your design, shape, size, packing, etc.)
Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide exsting sample for free. Samples charge is refundasble when order is up to certain quantity.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. Thay are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subjet to you designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
How does your factory regarding quality control?
We have 17 production processes, 9 inspection processes, 5 experienced QC, every mug has its quality assurance.
Whether the material is food safe?
Yes.the material is no harm to us, non-toxic, lead-free, chrome-free, tested according to food containers acetate soa test, achieved European standards and standard.
